Creative and passionate and with an eye for the detail, Nedko Dimitrov is a photographer in constant pursuit of perfection. Originally from Bulgaria, he has established himself in London, UK since 2000. His long and diverse experience has alowed him to undertake a wide range of assignments. Nedko Dimitrov, the photographer and the person is always on the look for new challenges. Since he got his first camera as a birthday gift from his mother and got his first lessons from his father, photography became his ultimate passion. Even back then at tne age of 10 he felt the urge to document the world around him and was aware that everything is transitional even memories fade away too and eventually die. The little secret of bringing back memories long considered dead is that for every memory file stored in our headsthere is a key. Sometimes just a single word, a smile, even a smell can suddenly bring back to life forgotten moments - and the experience is quite vivid and life like. Everyone knows that pictures can do the trick too, they can serve as a link to various moments of our lives - may be this is the secret of the phenomenal success of photography. Nowadays most people have a camera and use it on every more special occasion but ... far not everyone is a photographer. Some people have a natural eye for photography, others don't. Some people become photographers while others remain snappers. There isn't a clear line between the two. It is may be all about how we feel about ourselves. However, my personal experience shows that everyone regardless social status and education can easily distinguish between a good and a bad photograph. Therefore, there must be something like ultimate quality consisting may be of rational rules combined with irrational ideas that everyone can instantly recognize. Of all the things in the world which can be subjects of photography his greatest passion and main inspiration are the people. The human being in its diverse nature is the central point of his photographic universe. |
